We welcome all levels at every class. Whether you have been doing Reformer Pilates for years or perhaps other forms of exercise regularly. We can cater to your needs on a personalised basis in each class. You simply select the time that works best for you!

If you are a first-timer &/or you’d prefer to take things more slowly, we recommend you start in our Beginner level classes.

The Pilates Club reformer classes are a more dynamic style of pilates, focused on getting the best workout you can in 45 minutes. We include a warm up & a cool down stretching phase after class. Unlike more classical Reformer Pilates studios, expect to get your heart rate up during our classes, as well as that pilates burn!
