We welcome all levels at every class. Whether you have been doing Reformer Pilates for years or perhaps other forms of exercise regularly, then we suggest you give it a go as we can cater to your needs on a personalised basis in each class. You simply select the time that works best for you!

If you are a first-timer and you’d like to take things more slowly, then we do recommend you start in our Beginner classes till you’re most comfortable.

The Pilates Club Reformer classes are a more dynamic style of pilates, focussed on getting the best workout you can in 45 minutes with a cool down & stretch included after class. Unlike more classical Reformer Pilates studios, expect to get your heart rate up during our classes, as well as that classic pilates burn!
