Please wear activewear, shorts or tights to move comfortably between exercises.

You are welcome to bring your own water bottle (we have a water station for you to fill your bottles up) & a sweat towel.

Please note, we only have bare feet or grippy socks on the reformer machines.

+ How often should I aim to do Pilates to get results?

We find that 1 class per week will help alongside other workouts, nevertheless, if you want to notice a real difference in your body, 2 classes per week will be great, 3 classes per week you’ll be seeing results quickly!

+ I’m pregnant, post-partum, have an injury or recovering from an injury, can I still do Reformer Pilates Classes?

If you are pregnant, post-partum, have an injury or are recovering from an injury, yes you can still do reformer BUT we just ask that you have a conversation with us before booking to make sure the class will be approriate for you & if not we can discuss what reformer options will be the best for you.

Post-partum? We strongly suggest seeking medical clearence before any form of exercise & at least 6 weeks after giving birth before attending your first reformer session with us.

We want you to be able to make the most out of each session, so we need to be well-aware of any injuries prior to your booking so our trainers can cater the class appropriately.

+ What does "Waitlist” mean?

If the schedule shows as "Waitlist", this means the class is currently full but you are able to add to yourself to the Waitlist.

If there is a cancellation to your class earlier than 12 hours before the start time of your booked class, the first person on the Waitlist will automatically be added to the class and be notified via email (check spam folder if you do not receive the email, or check on your Mindbody App).

If there is a cancellation within 12 hours of the start time of class, the system will not automatically assume you would like to be added at such short notice, and you will receive an email/text from us to check whether you would like to be added to the class, or not.

+ Where is the studio?

Our beautiful studio space is located at 16 McGiven Place, Coatesville, in the Olive Grove. Look out for the signs at the end of the cul de sac & down the drive to make your way to the studio.
